1. About the Service

WhatsappAI is a customer communication automation service for small businesses via WhatsApp. The service is developed and operated by WAAI (waai.co.il). The platform and all related microservices run on the waai.co.il infrastructure.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using WhatsappAI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree — do not use the service.

3. Service Description

WhatsappAI connects an AI agent to your WhatsApp number via the Linked Device mechanism. The AI agent responds to customer messages on behalf of your business based on the information you provided.

4. Acceptable Use

You must use the service only to communicate with your own customers.
It is prohibited to use the service for spam, fraud, or any illegal activity.
You are responsible for the content and accuracy of the information the AI agent uses.
You must comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and the laws of the State of Israel.

5. Subscription and Payment

The service is provided on a monthly or annual subscription basis.
Pricing is per WhatsApp number.
All prices are listed excluding VAT (where applicable).
Payments are processed through Cardcom — a certified Israeli payment provider (PCI-DSS Level 1).

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time without penalty.
After cancellation, the service continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds for unused periods are available upon request within 14 days of payment.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for the content of messages sent by the AI agent.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability.
WAAI's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the last billing period.

8. Intellectual Property

The platform, logo, code and all WhatsappAI materials are the property of WAAI. You receive a limited licence to use the service under these terms.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service in the event of a violation of these terms, without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes are handled by courts at WAAI's registered office location.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
